Can I delete a Student Account?
As a result of CDE’s data-sharing agreement with CCGI, Student Accounts can only be created or updated by changing the student files sent to CCGI by CDE (Basic Accounts) or by a Partner District (Partner Accounts).
Since Student Accounts are being generated via files from CDE or a Partner District, educators will no longer need to create or delete Student Accounts manually. Additionally, removing the ability for educators to create or delete Student Accounts also reduces the potential for educators to perform errors (e.g., duplicate accounts, accidental deletions) when managing Student Accounts.
