Once a term is complete, what happens to planned courses?

For Partner Student Accounts, any planned coursework a student has entered will be replaced with coursework students completed and the grades they earned. This happens when a new transcript file is uploaded containing coursework from that same school, year, and term type.

For Basic Student Accounts, students will need to manually update each course to reflect the grade earned and status.
