UserWay Accessibiity Menu

The California College Guidance Initiative (CCGI) believes that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort, and independence. As part of our continual efforts to ensure that our services are accessible, we want you to be aware of the Accessibility Menu, which can improve the experience on CaliforniaColleges.edu for many users. 

Users can access the Accessibility Menu at any time by clicking the blue accessibility icon in the lower-left corner of any CaliforniaColleges.edu webpage. Alternatively, users can access the Accessibility Menu by hitting the TAB key upon loading a CaliforniaColleges.edu webpage.

The Accessibility Menu allows users to select a variety of options to ensure their experience on CaliforniaColleges.edu fits their needs. These options include, but are not limited to:

  • Adjust text size and spacing
  • Increase color contrast
  • Enable a screen reader
  • Highlight all links
  • Pause animations
  • Hide images
  • Change fonts
