What are some reasons why my students may experience slowness while taking the Career Assessments?
Some features of our platform, including the Career Assessments, rely on external integrations and therefore operate at speeds we cannot control. When taking an assessment, or accessing assessment results, the activity is being accessed through the source’s server.
Depending on that server’s capacity (size and speed), a student may experience slowness when there are too many people trying to access the same thing at the same time. The reason servers have intentionally set capacities is to prevent overload.
