What if my child’s school isn’t listed? 

When registering for an account, be sure to type in the correct school district for your child’s school. Note that districts and schools are listed by their full names. For example, if your child’s school is known as MLK Jr., but the full name is Martin Luther King Jr. Middle, type the full name. Don’t type the common or abbreviated name.

If you’re still having difficulty locating your child’s school, double check that you selected the correct district. If you’re not sure what district the school belongs to, please check with your child’s school.
