What information will transfer to Cal State Apply?

The courses and grades in your Academic Planner will transfer from your CaliforniaColleges.edu account to your Cal State Apply application. Before you launch Cal State Apply, review your Academic Planner. Be sure everything looks right.

Your school might add your courses to CaliforniaColleges.edu for you. If they don’t, you’ll need to add them yourself. Add all your courses to the Academic Planner before you launch an application on Cal State Apply. 

NOTE: If your Statewide Student ID number (SSID) isn’t right in CaliforniaColleges.edu:

• Your courses and grades will still transfer over. 
• You can edit your SSID in Cal State Apply. 
• Reach out to your counselor to update your SSID in CaliforniaColleges.edu or your school’s Student Information System (SIS).
