Why am I not receiving password reset or verification code emails?

If you aren’t receiving expected account related emails from us, first check your junk or spam folder. Account Registration Verification Code and Replacement Login Information emails should come from admin@californiacolleges.edu or noreply@californiacolleges.edu.

If you’re still not receiving these emails, a site administrator may need to verify that we have the right email address on file for your account.
