Current College Eligibility and Application Statuses

The College Eligibility and Application Statuses report now includes FAFSA/CADAA statuses! This report includes college eligibility, CSU and UC GPA, college application statuses (CCC, CSU, and UC), and FAFSA/CADAA statuses, all in one place. Educators can filter this report in different ways (such as by GPA, college application submission status, and/or demographic groups) to strategize tiered support to meet the March 3 priority deadline.

“What are students’ current financial aid application and module completion statuses?” Report

This new download-only report combines financial aid application statuses with Cal Grant GPA Verification status, CSU GPA, as well as Financial Aid Lesson completion. Educators can use this report to filter groups similar to those listed above to provide tiered support to students.

“What is the status of the FAFSA/CA Dream Act Application launched from CaliforniaColleges.edu?” Report

This report tracks only financial aid application statuses. Educators can drill down and view by student or export the results into a spreadsheet.
