What information will transfer to the UC Application?

Only students with Partner Accounts and data “live” on the platform can import their A-G courses and grades into the UC Application. If you have a Partner Student Account, the A-G courses and grades in your Academic Planner will transfer from your CaliforniaColleges.edu account to your UC Application, as long as you have linked your UC Application to your CaliforniaColleges.edu account and the courses in your planner have been verified against the UC’s Course Management Portal (CMP). Courses that have not been verified against the CMP will not import into your UC Application. Before you launch your UC Application, we recommend you review your Academic Planner to be sure everything looks right.

NOTE: If your Statewide Student ID number (SSID) isn’t right in CaliforniaColleges.edu, please reach out to your counselor to update your SSID in CaliforniaColleges.edu or your school’s Student Information System (SIS).

Talk to your high school counselor if you need help launching your UC Application from CaliforniaColleges.edu.
