New College Application Status Reports Now Available
We are excited to announce two new reports available from CCGI to track college and financial aid application statuses for students in your district this application season. These reports include a school-level report that is available to your site and district educators on CaliforniaColleges.edu, as well as a district-wide report that is available via your district’s CCGI sFTP data-sharing folder.
About the School-Level Report on CaliforniaColleges.edu
The school-level report produces a single, downloadable file that includes the statuses of all applications launched from CaliforniaColleges.edu to any of California’s public higher education institutions and campuses. This report can be found in the “College” report section under the title “What are students’ current college eligibility and application statuses?” From there, educators can download and open the file as an Excel (XLXS) or comma-separated values (CSV) file:
Educator Dashboard > Report Management

About the District-Wide Report (Available via sFTP)
The new district-wide report returns college and financial aid application information for students enrolled in all of the schools within your district. As with the school-level reports, this new report is updated daily so you will have near-real time information about the status of all student applications to CCC, CSU, UC campuses, as well as the FAFSA and California Dream Act, in your district, all in one place (provided the students have connected their applications to CaliforniaColleges.edu).
Learn more about the data available in the district-wide report, including a step-by-step tutorial on how to access data shared with your district via sFTP. Please note that CCGI will only provide the district’s sFTP login credentials to those with a CCGI District Data Lead and/or District Point of Contact role.
