Resources for Educators with Partner Accounts
On this page, you’ll find information and resources specific to you as an educator with a Partner Account.
About Partner Educator Accounts
A Partner Educator Account allows you to use all of the tools available to educators on CaliforniaColleges.edu. If you have a Partner Educator Account, that means you’re employed in one of our Partner Districts. Partner Districts have established a formal data-sharing agreement with California College Guidance Initiative (CCGI), which makes it possible for your school district to securely upload student transcript data into CaliforniaColleges.edu.

Lesson Plans and Student Worksheets
These instructional resources intentionally walk students through the career, college, and financial aid tools on CaliforniaColleges.edu to build students’ college and career knowledge. They have been designed for a recommended sequence by grade level but may also be used for instruction when using any of the tools on CaliforniaColleges.edu.
Promotional Materials
In order to help support our partners with implementing CaliforniaColleges.edu and sharing information with students, parents/families, and community members, we’ve made some resources accessible to print and/or distribute on your own. These resources are downloadable as PDFs and optimized for print but you can also use them as digital resources to be included in communications, resource hubs, and/or toolkits.
